We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $150 to USA only. We ship with USPS, and costs are based on weight. Please note, we cannot guarantee transit or delivery times from USPS. Please allow up to 10 days for processing and shipping.
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries, mostly in the Northern Hemisphere. There are a lucky few that we can service down under. For all countries outside of the USA we charge a flat fee of $30.00 if it is under $150.00. Anything over $150.00 and the shipping costs are on us! that means complimentary.
Yes, that is the quick answer but we do have a few terms and conditions.
- Please email email@example.com to start your return. Please note, returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Items must be not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed, and must have the tags attached.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
- All returned items must include the original packing slip and will not be accepted without this. if you have misplaced the packing slip, please request a new one from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return or exchange. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost, or damaged return shipments.
- Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
If the order has not been processed and sent out we will happily update your order. If the order has been sent you will need to contact the carrier with your tracking number and arrange the change of address.
We do not offer returns, refunds, store credits or exchanges on any sale or dis-counted items unless faulty.
